仕事内容 |
• Maintain GM’s schedule and calendar, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders proactively
• Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
• Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
• Handle and maintain confidential information and document management
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Arrange business travel planning & booking, in liaison with HQ
• Prepare administrative documents as necessary and coordinate signatures process
• Perform research and analysis for assigned project |
応募条件 |
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant in sizeable MNC firms
• Fluent in both spoken and written Japanese and English
• Proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, office365 and outlook
• Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Detailed-minded and take initiative to manage daily tasks are critical
• Mature and confident with good interpersonal and communications skills |
