仕事内容 |
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with Japan General Manager and all managers in local office by providing professional HR advices that are in compliance with local law and regulatory. With that, the HR team are playing a key role to influence in any related strategic or operational decisions.
• Provide guidance and inputs on performance management process including salary, bonus review, promotions, succession planning through close partnership with key stakeholders. • Communicate closely with global and regional HR team to localize and implement HR polices in Japan office
• In partnership with APAC Talent Acquisition Team to understand hiring needs from business stakeholders and able to design and demonstrate effective recruitment strategy
• In partnership with APAC Reward Team to ensure we have relevant reward structures in place and be and expert in the local market to understand market trend |
応募条件 |
• Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
• At least three years of experience in a similar role (experience in generalist roles would be a plus); Candidate with stronger experience could be considered as Senior HR Advisor
• Experience in the (luxury) fashion, retail or ecommerce industry would be an additional bonus
• Proven success working collaboratively across multiple teams in a multi-cultural and global company
• High command of spoken and written skills in both Japanese and English are required
• High level of local awareness with deep understanding of Japanese recruitment and overall HR market trends
• A goal-oriented attitude and be able to thrive in a constantly changing environment
• Well-organized, self-motivated, detail oriented and be able to work independently |
