| 仕事内容 | We are seeking self-motivated, strong E-Commerce Specialist with expertise in e-commerce business to join our growing E-Commerce Division in Tokyo, Japan. This position is key to our business in Japan. The E-Commerce Specialist shall oversee the business creation and sales operation of our own E-Commerce site dedicated for Japan region. In summary, the key function of this position is broadly defined as follows: ・Business Creation through E-Commerce: Drive sales through e-commerce activities including launch of new products. Manage stock level on weekly basis to achieve sales. ・Sales Planning: Create sales plan & support budgeting, also plan to achieve sales target. ・Analysis: Analyze customer journey using web data and site performance utilizing analytical tools to increase conversion rate. ・E-Commerce System Operation: Assist in site operation and provide technical inputs to the E-Commerce team to improve customer experience. ・Promotional Activities: |
| 応募条件 | In order to succeed in this position, you shall have: ・3 - 5+ years experience in E-Commerce, preferably own site ・Languages: Fluent Japanese (written/ reading/ spoken/ listening), intermediate English. Proficiency in other languages is welcome ・Experience in B2C sector with large number of SKUs such as Consumer Goods or Apparel ・Experience with PDCA cycle in E-Commerce business ・Experience in cross-functional collaboration ・Strong business acumen with experience in sales, budgeting and sales planning is preferred |
