Consumer Engagement Senior Manager
||We are seeking self-motivated, strong Marketing leader with expertise in Digital Marketing & Consumer Engagement to join our growing Marketing Division in Tokyo, Japan as Consumer Engagement Senior Manager.
・The role of the Consumer Engagement Senior Manager is to leverage, treasure and expand the Consumer Lifetime value for each of the brands: Triumph, sloggi and AMOSTYLE through Consumer Engagement & Digital Marketing.
・This position is responsible for the ongoing cultivation of the relationship between the brand and consumer that goes far beyond the transaction. The person brings an intentional, consistent approach to each brand that will provide value at every customer interaction, thus increasing loyalty.
・Lead & supervise all Digital Marketing activities, especially to engage between the consumers and the brand.
||・10 years+ experience in related role
・Deep understanding of digital ecosystems
・Relevant experience in CRM, loyalty, member lifecycle management for consumer brands
・Extensive consumer and competitor understanding
・6 years+ team management/leadership experience in a large market.
・Cross Functional expertise in Brand Marketing management and leadership to make alignment
・Experience with strategies & concept development, media strategies development, media-neutral planning, integrated brand marketing planning, media setting KPIs and tracking ROIs.
・Solid marketing experience, background in working.
・Experience in beauty / innerwear/ apparel business is a bonus
・Experience with high-caliber agency management and agency processes
・Excellent drive, judgment, creative insights and understanding of branded aesthetics.
・Ability to inspire via strong presentation and communication skills
・Strong commercial understanding
・Strong people development skil
